We host our website with Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany. When you visit our website, log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, etc.) is automatically collected on Contabo's servers.

Legal basis: Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Contabo.

4. Contact Form and EmailJS

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide, are stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry.

Use of EmailJS:
For the technical transmission of form data, we use the service EmailJS (EmailJS.com). Your data is encrypted and transmitted to EmailJS servers, briefly processed, and forwarded to us by email.

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Third-country transfer: EmailJS is a US-based provider. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure a level of protection in accordance with GDPR.
