The honest answer: it depends on scope – which is exactly why we don't work with blanket promises. After a free first call you receive a concept with fixed-price phases: before every step you know what it costs and what it delivers. Many projects deliberately start small, with one module that pays for itself quickly.
Depending on scope, first productive results often arrive within a few weeks; larger platforms grow in stages over months. We develop in short cycles: you see progress on the real system early – not one big surprise at the end.
No – that's the case for most of our clients. We take on the technical side entirely: development, operations, updates. And we explain everything so you can decide without an IT background. You don't need to hire anyone.
We stay on board: operations, monitoring, security updates and further development – with clearly agreed maintenance instead of a hand-off into the void. If you later want to take over internally, that works too: the code is yours.
You do. You receive full usage rights to the code we build, and your data lives on servers in Germany or the EU – GDPR-compliant, with no vendor lock-in. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you.

To be honest: we are not funding consultants – but we support you with the technical documents and project descriptions that applications require. Only the funding bodies themselves can make binding commitments.
